“Bad Gateway” Error on the Download Center

Overview

When you click the Saratoga button in the Downloads Center, you receive a "Bad Gateway" error after waiting for a while. The support button leads you to a blank page.

 

Solution

This issue may be caused by a temporary problem with the hosting. Please wait for a couple of minutes and try again. If the issue is ongoing, please follow below instructions:

  1. Do not use an incognito window.
  2. Use Chrome or Firefox.
  3. Clear the browser cache, restart the browser, and try again.

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please contact support with the details.
