Overview

When you are running the Saratoga 6.7.3 version on Windows 10, it crashes with the following error message:

An unrecoverable error has occurred. Saratoga CRM is being forced to shut down.

Root Cause

Unfortunately, the Saratoga 6.7.3 version is not compatible with Windows 10. Only the Saratoga 7.0 version and above are compatible with this operating system.
