CCRM issue with Mouse Cursor

Overview

You are facing an issue in CCRM while selecting the data, i.e. when the user selects the account, it displays customer's information below or above the customer that the user wanted to select.

Environment: Saratoga Thin Client version 7.2 on Chrome

Information

This is a Known Issue, where the user is experiencing an issue with the Thin Client data view selector, where the mouse cursor does not align with the item being selected.

The issue is occurring on Chrome (version 86.x), but not on Firefox and IE.

There was a major release of Chrome (86.0.4240) that introduced a new CSS selector among other fixes.

This selector affects the default focus indicator, which is resulting in the selector not aligning with the focus indicator.
