When you click the Saratoga button in the Downloads Center, you receive a "Bad Gateway" error after waiting for a while. The support button leads you to a blank page.
This issue may be caused by a temporary problem with the hosting. Please wait for a couple of minutes and try again. If the issue is ongoing, please follow below instructions:
- Do not use an incognito window.
- Use Chrome or Firefox.
- Clear the browser cache, restart the browser, and try again.
